Tow Mater was born and raised in Radiator Springs. He would grow up and end having his own towing and salavage company. He loved his towing company, but it still felt like there was something still missing. He would end up meeting his best friend Lightning McQueen and go on many adventures with him. They both would eventually settle down for a while after their adventures. Mater though had learned somehting from expolring the world. Few Cars were getting the maintenance and care that they needed. This is what inspired him to create Radiator Springs oil. Quality oil that all cars could afford.
